The Genesis of SUITE M-A New Passion Project

When I first started SUITE M—back when it was called Scale—my vision was to build a learning platform. That idea came from my love of teaching. When I began teaching in 2019, I discovered how much I enjoyed not just sharing knowledge but also building real connections with my students. Teaching gave me a way to pass along my love of marketing, and Scale was meant to be an online space where I could do this seamlessly.

But goals evolve. As time went on, I noticed clients and associates kept reaching out to “pick my brain.” At first, I laughed it off—after all, there are endless memes about charging for that kind of time. However, instead of seeing it as a nuisance, I saw it as a gap in the market. These people weren’t necessarily ready for a full-blown project. What they needed was guidance, support, and space to learn. That’s how microconsulting emerged as a key component of SUITE M.


Even though SUITE M looks different today, e-learning is still at the heart of what we do. If you’re not learning, you’re not growing. Growth and continuous movement are foundational to our brand, and that’s why consulting here is never just about giving orders.

Too often, consultants show up with a “let me tell you what to do” mindset. At SUITE M, the approach is: let me show you why this is the best way forward. Because when clients understand the why, they don’t revert to the status quo once the consultant leaves. They build new habits, create lasting change, and actually feel uplifted in the process.
